Roxy's Interview and the Mrs.Lilien Bar Cart in Luxe Mag
Excited and honored to be interviewed in LUXE mag in their trend spotting "radar" section! Read about Roxy's "social practices" that are sure to make any soirée fabulous!
"Bar carts can be used as buffets in a dining room, a nightstand in a bedroom, and, in the case of small living spaces, an end table on top and a bar on the bottom. Mine holds a lamp, books, pictures frames, and a vessel filled with blooms in addition to the usual cocktail suspects. Style it with all of the above and it truly becomes a pretty and useful piece in your home."
If you're smitten with the Mrs. Lilien bar cart (styled above!), sign up for the wait list by emailing contact@shopsocietysocial.com. She'll be back soon !

Housing Works Charity Benefit
When Nicole of So Haute reached out to see if I would be interested in contributing one of my bar carts to Design on a Dime, my immediate answer was yes! Design on a Dime (not the show!) is an annual charity benefit put on by Housing Works in New York City, an organization that supports people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and the dual crisis of homelessness. 50 of the world’s top interior designers create "unforgettable room vignettes with new merchandise, which is donated and then sold for 50 to 70 percent off retail pricing" as a fundraising effort.
My booze cart to benefit? Ms.Hayworth and I said, "cheers!" I knew I would be in good hands :) Here is Nicole's gorgeous space.

Along with being excited to help with such a great cause, I was flattered that my baby design was included alongside the products of brands and talented individuals I admire including: Patrick Cline, Nicole Cohen, Madeline Weinrib Serena & Lily, Rizzoli Books and more. And how awesome is this-- over 1 million dollars was raised! To read more, check out Nicole's blog, So Haute.
